Enfants du Liban, un pied dedans, un pied dehors. La diaspora libanaise est grande et éparpillée dans le monde. Peu importe où tu te rends tu finiras par rencontrer des libanais·es. Malgré la distance géographique qu'il peut y avoir avec le Liban, les libanais·es portent leurs cultures et les revendiquent.

Rakwe stories est né de cette envie de parler des Liban, de ces préperceptions parfois très différentes d’un seul et même pays. Média libano-belge sur les histoires partagées ici et ailleurs. Loin des frontières entre les cultures et les informations.

Children of Lebanon, one foot in, one foot out. The Lebanese diaspora is large and scattered across the globe. No matter where you go, you will eventually meet Lebanese people. Despite the geographical distance that may separate them from Lebanon, Lebanese people carry their culture with them and are proud of it.

Rakwe Stories was born out of this desire to talk about Lebanon and the sometimes very different preconceptions of a single country. A Lebanese-Belgian media outlet sharing stories from here and elsewhere. Far from the boundaries between cultures and information.
